Clovenfords and Caddonfoot residents were out last weekend, helping to tidy up the local area as part of Keep Scotland Beautiful’s annual litter pick. Trainees from Grow to Work, a land based education programme from Thornylee, showed what they were capable of by giving their time to clear away rubble from the footpath passing through the old Tweed Vineries. Others were kept busy with tasks including litter picking, sweeping, weeding and wiping down various fixtures. The community council would like to thank everyone who got involved and hopes to see you again next year!
